Pet Policy
The Element is a pet-friendly community with a neighborhood pet dog park available for residents and their furry friends to enjoy.
There is no deposit required for cats or dogs, and our monthly fee is $50 per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed per apartment.
Certain dog breeds are restricted, including Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, and Doberman Pinschers. Further breed and pet restrictions may apply. Please contact us for more information.
