The Element offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in ʻEwa Beach, Hawaiʻi. As a newer community in West O'ahu, our floor plans are designed with premium finishes, natural light, and spacious layouts suited to a variety of lifestyles. Floor plans range from about 534 to 1,442 square feet, and every one of our homes comes with an in-unit washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and a private lanai.

Residents enjoy a plethora of amenities including a two-story fitness center with cardio and strength equipment, swimming pool with cabanas, EV charging, BBQ grills, landscaped walking pathways, and a community park for our furry friends. Our outdoor picnic and lounge area make it easy to gather with neighbors, and our conference room is conveniently available for focused time or group collaboration. 

Residents have access to Ho'opili's vibrant community amenities in addition to the ones at our property. From serene parks including pickleball and basketball courts, and a dedicated Bark and Ride Park, offering a fully gated dog park with ample running space and drinking fountains for your pets. Yes, The Element is a pet-friendly community, with a neighborhood pet dog park available for residents and their furry friends to enjoy. There is no deposit required for cats or dogs, and our monthly fee is $50 per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed per apartment. Certain dog breeds are restricted, for more details about our pet policy, please contact our on-site leasing team.
